Donations V
You've heard of people donating high heel shoes, but did you know they also donated:

... Moisturising cream (because it is a priority for tsunami victims to keep hydrated)?

... Samurai suits?

... PAP uniforms (but at least it's functional)?

you helped out?
Yeah. Don't know if it's being disrespectful to laugh at some of the clothes people wore/donated. But the reality is that it made time pass faster -- which is a good thing, right? :p
According to the article, high heel shoes "could clog the system." Get it? High heel shoes? Clogs? Hehe!
But yes, people are impressively silly, aren't they?
I didn't notice that! Good catch! ;)
Do they still need help?
A friend was helping at Mercy Relief last week and she said she found old used white crocodile briefs..

I'm pretty sure they have not finished sorting out the clothes (judging from the sheer amount). They'd initially put Sunday as the last day, but they have since taken this date off the website, it would seem.
You can call them at 9489 4694 to ask. It's pretty easy to find. Kovan MRT --> Lowland Road --> Keep walking, it's about 200 m away.
P.S. Do NOT open any moisturising creams you find. You might spill half of it on yourself and stink yourself up for the rest of the day. =\ Trust me.
Will you be going again? I don't mind spending a day this weekend, but don't wanna be all alone there..
Geez.. that sounds like an excuse to ask you out.. haha..
If I do go this week, it'll be on Friday (no lessons!). :)
Oh dear, now that sounds like an excuse to turn you down! ;)
dang...
btw, someone just gave me 2 tickets to this show... erm, I was, erm, wondering if you, you know, erm.. would like to.. :o)
That's 9/10 for the first, and 1/10 for the second! :p
