Free (dog) food!
I don't know about being a spokesperson for SPCA, but I can tell you where to get free dog food. And to prove that it's no scam:

oh, i know that brand. I first saw it on the internet and thought it looked 'yummy' doggy-wise. Then one time i was at my local grocery store and they had those small tin cans of Cesar dog meat. I bought 2 flavours and fed them to my hamsters. They loved it. :)
Even hamsters like Cesar? Amazing! :) Although I can't figure out why -- they may smell good, but they taste revoltingly bland. :p
