Spark in the dark II
We're in the throes of module bidding, although the real excitement probably only begins on Monday. I glanced at my tentative schedule for the upcoming semester: no early mornings yet, which is a very good thing. But...
"Ugh, Mondays are bad. It looks like I'll be having lessons from 2 PM to 9 PM, with no break in between."
"I'll buy dinner for you, lor."
"Every week?"
"Every week."
Sometimes that's all it takes to put a smile on my face. :)

some of your conversations you have with people in the world offline really do make it seem like you have (very) fervent male admirers. :)
Really? Which ones? I've only posted conversations with friends and family, never beyond that. I do have friends who can be very sweet though; maybe the conversations taken out of context are misleading. ;)
P.S. How could you tell this was a guy?!
I also had an inkling it was a guy. Don't ask me why. It's great to have friends who are so nice anyway.
just the usual gut-feel.:)
but yeah, i get what you mean though - platonic relationships between the females can be unusually close; that's why we always get those funny 'lesbian' stories in school.
Raymond: It's a guy lah, I give the both of you star --> * But that wasn't quite the point. ;) Yes, it's nice to have nice friends. :)
BoY: Lesbian stories are not so rampant in girls' schools as they are in mixed schools where the boys are idiots and think that girls should all get into cat fights. Hur hur. At least, that's what my experience has taught me. ;) But lesbians are probably more numerous in girls' schools.
AH SEE. I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE.
=P
... It would appear that my readership is made up of aunties and uncles! =\
