Emergency maintenance Unit. i think.
it's "Essential Maintence Unit" whom you call if you want to take pity on the person trapped and screaming in a lift or for other "essential services". See here.
According to Miyagi, tt's the spelling for email. According to the garmen, the 2 gentlemen have answered it perfectly.
Thanks to everyone for the clarification, and shadow for the very helpful site. :) So it's EMSU?! Who'd ever think the lightning sign an "S"?! =\
Vandice: a.l. is a girl lah!
thank u for clarifying my sex too. ha.ha.
hello, shadow! still n'er reply my emu! =P
Know what? The lift in my flat just got this sign pasted inside the lift. Used to have the sign outside the lift. Now then they thought it was more useful to stick it inside. For people trapped inside the lift to call when the lift breaks down.
Haha, the one that I saw was OUTSIDE the lift as well! It didn't even occur to me that it didn't make sense. :p
Looking at the sign, I was going to crack a PAP joke. but better not lah..
anyways, ure perception of sexual innuendo was hilarious!
will savor ure long post slowly.. have a good day!
I wonder how many people would've thought of it if I hadn't mentioned the sexual innuendoes; I really didn't intend for it to come out that way. I hope it isn't just me. :p
